The Grant School District (John Day) has become the latest Oregon district to take up “The Promise of Oregon” campaign in a big way.
Visitors to the district’s homepage will now find it dominated by a giant “Promise” banner, as well as a photo of Board members and Superintendent Mark W. Witty posing with a “Promise” placard. The photo was one of dozens taken during OSBA’s Annual Convention in December.
The Grant School Board is one of more than 70 Oregon school districts, education service districts and charter schools whose boards have passed resolutions in support of “The Promise of Oregon” campaign.
