A recent Lake Oswego Review article showed how the Lake Oswego School District is highlighting students’ accomplishments through “The Promise of Oregon” campaign.
The article reads, in part:
“Members of the all-girls K-8 robotics program were featured as part of the Oregon School Boards Association’s Promise of Oregon campaign, an effort to get local boards and community members involved in advocacy for education and to show people the value of education by spotlighting the dreams and achievements of amazing children.”
“The girls shared how they’ve learned about computer programming and the mechanics of robots, and gained recognition at recent competitions.”
