Articles this week in the Argus Observer in Ontario and the Bandon Western World celebrate students Claudia Navarro and Sam Cutler.
The Argus Observer article describes how Claudia is studying health issues and hopes to become a pediatrician.
The Bandon Western World article features Sam as part of the campaign, and quotes Betsy Miller-Jones, executive director of the Oregon School Boards Association, as saying:
“Our challenge now is to dream bigger. We need to imagine just how far our districts could take our young people if we as a state invested more in our greatest natural resource — our children.”
